| Song Meaning | I understand the clear references to the French Revolution in the album and particularly this song, but I think it is meant as a metaphor, not to be taken literally as "about the French Revolution". The first thing that crossed my mind when I heard the song was that it was about George Bush and his fleeting empire. Particularly the line "It was a wicked and wild wind blew down the doors to let me in". I take that to mean 9/11, which gave W the power to wage preemptive war, torture, etc, in the name of "getting the bad guys who did this to us." |

But, simply, it is about how its important to apreciate all that you have because it could all be gone tomorrow morining. The name translated is Live the/your Life. |
